Job Description:

Responsible for IMS compliance with all applied standard requirements, and daily operation for Internal Audit activities carry out, Risk Managements, Opportunities for improvement initiatives, documents issuance, modification and storage. Insure IMS Awareness among the organization and alignment with all IMS application among all processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold Bi-Annual Risk meeting with risk team composed of process owners covering all IMS processes.
  • Awareness sessions about continual improvements and support with continual improvement incentives promotion.
  • Support with opportunities feasibility analysis.
  • Ensure alignment between different QMS areas, ensure alignment and integration.
  • Ensure all indicated R&O discovered in IP needs, Internal External issues and assess in R&O.
  • Follow-up on further actions related to R&O.
  • Receiving inquiries /complains related to QMS and insure resolve timely mannered.
  • Assessment of the severity/Importance of Activities and operation to identify Internal Audits frequency.
  • Prepare Internal Audit program and update progress monthly.
  • Lead Internal Audits, Prepare IA Checklist, Results and reports.
  • Prepare and send CAPS for NC finding detected during internal and external audits and follow-up for closure.
  • Receive NCRs from finders and assess for validity and communicate of NC owners, Follow-up for effectiveness of Taken actions efficiency.
  • Ensure updated Documents control Master List, Records submittal RAM, Communication Matrix if affected during any documented process modification of issue.
  • Reviewing IMS process identification cards from process owners and ensure alignment with all current processes, R&O, KPIs, Communication and RRA.
  • Training on process identification through IMS process identification cards.
  • QMS Dashboard weekly reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, (Preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and relevant quality regulations.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Experience managing QMS systems and performing internal audits.
  • Experience in process mapping and SIPOC development.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
  • Ability to lead or support quality workshops and internal training sessions.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
