About the Role:
Rubyred (FETIH TEKSTIL Egypt) is seeking a QA Engineer to join our Quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with customer and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve quality assurance processes throughout production.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and identify root causes of defects.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external customer audits.
- Collaborate with Production, IE, Merchandising, and other departments to enhance product quality.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the garment or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office applications.
