We are hiring a Quality Assurance Section Head for an established Egyptian agribusiness group.
The group delivers integrated agricultural solutions across the value chain, with operations spanning modern farming, greenhouse and irrigation solutions, agricultural inputs, post-harvest handling, and technical services. It supports commercial farms and agricultural projects through practical field expertise and technology-driven solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and resource efficiency.
Location: El Obour Industrial Zone, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance function and foster a quality-focused culture across the organization.
- Develop departmental plans, budgets, workforce requirements, and performance targets.
- Manage quality certification programs and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Design and enhance organizational processes, authority matrices, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Establish data-governance policies and documentation standards across the company.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit and IT teams to strengthen compliance and process effectiveness.
- Plan and deliver quality-awareness and training programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and development plans for team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Agriculture, Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree in business administration or project management is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality-certification requirements.
- Experience in process design and operational-excellence methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
