Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our Integrated Management System (IMS). You will support internal and external audits, manage non-conformance reports, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Plan and conduct internal audits across departments (HR, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, QHSE)
- Support external audits and certification renewals
- Manage NCR registers (internal and external), track corrective/preventive actions to closure
- Conduct risk assessments, maintain the Risk and Opportunity Register, and evaluate mitigation effectiveness
- Develop and review HSE plans, JSAs, and method statements for field operations
- Review and update documented information (SOPs, ITPs, work procedures)
- Monitor departmental objectives and targets, and report on process performance
- Handle customer complaints: investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up
- Support pre-project quality planning including ITP development and resource qualification verification
- Monitor workplace health and safety performance, conduct site inspections, and promote a zero-incident culture
Requirements
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a QHSE Engineer in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial services
- Must hold valid Internal Auditor certifications for all two standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)
- ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
- Strong knowledge of audit planning, NCR management, root cause analysis
- Proficiency in document control and management review processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Experience with Saudi Aramco or major EPC contractor requirements is preferred
