About the Role:
We're hiring a QA Lead to own quality engineering for a portfolio of digital products spanning web, mobile, and low-code platforms (Pega & OutSystems). This role sits at the intersection of traditional QA excellence and the next wave of AI-powered testing where automation is accelerated by LLMs, test cases are generated from requirements, and defect-prone areas are predicted before they ship.
If you've been experimenting with AI assistants to write test scripts faster, generate test data intelligently, or surface risk earlier in the SDLC this is the role where that curiosity becomes core to the job.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Define and implement automation strategies across web, mobile, and API layers
• Build and maintain frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and RestAssured
• Lead performance testing (JMeter, k6) and mobile testing (Appium, BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab)
• Own QA for low-code platforms (Pega & OutSystems) validating workflows, rule dependencies, and scenario-based logic
• Actively leverage AI-powered tools to generate test cases from user stories, draft automation scripts, predict defect-prone modules, and analyse defect trends critically reviewing every AI-generated output before integration
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines and drive shift-left testing
• Validate Arabic/RTL rendering, bilingual content, and locale-aware formatting
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI-powered QA tools and recommend adoption where they measurably improve coverage, speed, or accuracy
What We're Looking For
Why This Role
You'll lead QA inside agile squads on high-visibility government digital products, the kind of work where your automation strategy and AI tooling choices directly shape delivery velocity for thousands of end users. We're investing seriously in AI-enabled engineering, and this role has a real mandate to experiment, prototype, and set the standard for AI-augmented QA across the portfolio.
