Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS):

  • Develop and implement strategies for the Quality Management System (QMS) across all stages of production.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Conduct periodic reviews of quality policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Quality Control:

  • Oversee production processes to ensure products are free of defects and meet specifications.
  • Conduct required inspections and tests to verify product conformity.
  • Prepare quality reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze the root causes of defects or issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure processes align with quality standards.
  • Provide necessary training to employees on quality standards and best practices.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and deliver regular quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.

Inspection and Testing Management:

  • Oversee routine inspections of suppliers, equipment, and production processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inspection and test results.

Customer and Supplier Interaction:

  • Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues.
  • Conduct quality assessments for suppliers and ensure raw materials meet the required specifications.

Compliance with Legal and Industry Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Foster a strong quality culture within the factory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • ISO 9001 certification or other relevant quality management certifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international quality standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic .
