Quality Assurance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in 6th of October City, Egypt. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality standards, conducting regular inspections, analyzing performance data, and ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry regulations. Additionally, the manager will develop and update quality assurance policies, train staff, and collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.

• Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and analyzing performance data
• Proficiency in implementing quality standards, process improvements, and developing policies
• Strong leadership, team management, and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of pipe manufacturing processes, materials such as UPVC, CPVC, PPR, GRP, and HDPE, and industry regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications in quality management being a plus
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the pipe manufacturing or industrial sector is highly advantageous
