Responsibilities
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Recognized bachelor's degree in engineering or Equivalent fields
- Minimum 15 years in large scale projects and on managerial role in the current position
- Extensive Knowledge of QAQC Management practices and processes
- Proven experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards
- Proven experience as an auditor using ISO standards
