We are hiring a Quality Assurance Section Head to lead quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety systems within a manufacturing environment. The role will oversee ISO compliance, laboratory operations, product certification, internal audits, and the validation of new products before market launch. The successful candidate will also drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Egyptian and international quality standards. The position is full-time and on-site in the 10th of Ramadan City.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Manage internal audit programs and lead management review activities.
- Oversee quality laboratory operations, including product testing, measurements, durability testing, and equipment calibration.
- Verify and validate new products and prepare final quality reports before launch.
- Manage product certification processes and coordinate with certification bodies and governmental authorities.
- Develop and update quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures.
- Support supplier qualification and ensure raw materials and products meet the required standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and corrective actions related to customer complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Up to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, or testing laboratory operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory; home appliance industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO systems, internal audits, product certifications, laboratory operations, and integrated management systems.
- Experience with European and Egyptian product standards and certification requirements.
