Job Summary:
(QA Manager / Calibration lab) will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Precision Scientific Equipment Company is seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards within our calibration laboratory operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation (B.Tech or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Calibration Laboratory in a quality-related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Quality Management System implementation and maintenance.
• Proven experience handling accreditation audits (e.g., IAS, SAAC, or equivalent accreditation bodies).
• Experience managing client audits, preferably from Oil & Gas companies.
• Strong knowledge of QMS documentation, SOP development, and quality procedures.
• Experience in calibration processes, traceability requirements, and laboratory quality assurance practices.
• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements and internal quality procedures.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external accreditation and client audits.
• Monitor quality performance, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage QA/QC activities and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory standards.
• Review and control quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and corrective action processes.
• Conduct risk assessments related to laboratory activities and implement mitigation plans.
• Support staff development through training and competency assessments.
