Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture.

Minimum 10–15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.

At least 5 years in a senior QA/QC role on large-scale projects.

Proven experience in high end villa, high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.

Experience from project start-up to handover and close-out working with contractor, consultants,

UAE experience is highly preferable

Thorough understanding of QA/QC systems and quality management principles

Strong knowledge of:

• Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Method Statements
• Material Inspection Requests (MIRs)
• Work Inspection Requests (WIRs)
• Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Site Observation Reports (SORs)
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
