Job Purpose:
To ensure that all construction works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and international quality standards, thereby maintaining the reputation of the project and client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Inspect materials, structural works, and finishing works to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants and third-party labs for inspections and approvals.
- Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and verify corrective actions.
- Maintain QA/QC logs, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and document control records.
- Ensure adherence to ISO quality management systems and Dubai Municipality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc. Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience (3 years in UAE).
- Previous experience with contracting companies delivering residential or commercial high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes and QA/QC audits.
