Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector

QA-QC ENGINEER

Responsibilities

Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality and deploy and flow standard inspection procedures for each product according to its application.

Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.

Ensure compliance with customer standards and specifications.

Document results and findings after inspections are carried out.

Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.

Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually.

Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.

Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards.

Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.

Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.

Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Production engineering or equivalent experience from reputable universities in a related field preferred. 3-5 years.

Proven experience in quality management, control, and inspection in the same industry preferred

Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and quality tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
