Job Summary
The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for performing inspection, monitoring, and documentation of construction and installation activities related to welding, mechanical, E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation), painting & coating, and static equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements (such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or NEOM). The role ensures that all work is executed according to approved procedures, codes, and quality plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
- Conduct incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as ASME, API, AWS, IEC, ISO and project specifications.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate inspections with client representatives, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Participate in quality audits, site surveillance, and toolbox quality meetings.
- Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and project dossiers.
