About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in the role of Project Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, and coordinating between various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or engineering roles within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Oversee daily project activities, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and contractual obligations to optimize cost-efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards throughout project lifecycle.
