We are currently looking for a dedicated candidate with a passion for Quality Assurance Specialist who wants to join us in the following position:

Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Obour City

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3 5 years of experience in QA within the food industry, including leadership experience.

Systems & Tools Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of General IT systems

Technical & Professional Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems.
  • Experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, FSSC 22000, or equivalent certifications
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Good level in English
  • Raw material, processes and products knowledge
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Mobility to visit clients & audit suppliers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, FSSC 22000) to ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements. Oversee audits, documentation, supplier quality, and production processes, address customer complaints through root cause analysis and CAPA, report on quality performance, and drive continuous improvement through training and crossfunctional collaboration.
