The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to identify, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows within the EPC environment.
• Develop process maps, flowcharts, BPMN diagrams, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and support technology solutions aligned with EPC project requirements.
• Analyze project and operational data using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project performance, procurement activities, and construction progress.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
• Computer/Technical Skills: SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Data Analysis & Reporting, Process Mapping & Documentation, BPMN / Visio, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
