Job Description
We're a growing mystery shopping and customer experience evaluation company operating across Morocco, Egypt, UAE, and Pakistan. As we expand into hospitality sectors including hotels, restaurants, and museums, we're looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our quality assurance team.
What You'll Do
Review and verify mystery shopper audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client standards
Assess narrative responses against evaluation criteria, flagging inconsistencies and ensuring logical coherence
Collaborate with schedulers and trainers to maintain calibration on scoring standards
Support tiered authorization workflows by independently approving routine audits
Contribute to weekly calibration sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
2+ years in hospitality operations (hotels, F&B, guest services) or hospitality-focused quality assurance
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Familiarity with service standards in guest-facing environments
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Lists, Excel)
Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines across multiple projects
Nice to Have
Previous experience in mystery shopping, auditing, or compliance
Knowledge of CheckersSoft or similar audit management platforms
Background in airlines, real estate, or car rental evaluations
Location: Remote (MENA region preferred)
