Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Gisozi. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, maintaining records of quality assurance processes, and identifying and resolving product and process issues. They will establish quality standards and procedures, monitor production processes, and collaborate with teams to ensure finished products meet company and client specifications. Additional responsibilities include contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.

• Experience in quality inspection, quality standards implementation, and problem-solving within production environments
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation abilities
• Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities
• Technical understanding of printing and packaging processes is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Familiarity with sustainability standards and eco-friendly practices is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and basic computer skills for record-keeping
