Quality Assurance Specialist

Sudair Pharmaceutical Company (SPC), established in 2014, is a Saudi-based company dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical manufacturing to address chronic and life-threatening diseases. With a mission to localize advanced pharmaceutical and biologics production, SPC focuses on improving healthcare access in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. Located in Sudair Industrial City, about 100 km north of Riyadh, SPC oversees a 77,000-square-meter manufacturing complex. The first phase of the project includes the establishment of an oncology medicine plant, marking a milestone in regional pharmaceutical innovation. SPC collaborates with international partners and builds specialized local professional teams to ensure world-class healthcare provision.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, implementing, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Day-to-day tasks will include conducting quality audits, evaluating quality control processes, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with production teams to maintain standards. The role also involves generating, reviewing, and maintaining compliance documentation in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

• Strong skills in Quality Assurance, focusing on implementing and maintaining quality systems
• Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure products meet established standards
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Expertise in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to oversee and assess production processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and manufacturing regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality management are a plus
