Assist in establishing and implementing WDCs Quality Management System such as Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist in Developing Coding Scheme , assigning codes to documentation within the Quality Management System along with maintaining all Quality records up to date.
Participate in the process of communicating and distributing all approved Quality Management System Documents.
Assist in establishing Quality Audit related documentation.
Maintains the intranet's accuracy by adding newly approved documentation and removing any cancelled documentation.
Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Science.
3 to 5 years prior experience in Business Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, and supervisory experience.
Perfect command of English and Arabic.
Good command of MS Word.
Advanced computer skills.
Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
Ability to communicate effectively on different organizational levels.
Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
