Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team, specializing in the inspection and testing of hearing aids. The ideal candidate will ensure that all devices-both newly manufactured and serviced-comply with strict quality, performance, and sterility standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive inspections and quality assurance tests on hearing aids to verify functionality, sound performance, battery efficiency, and overall durability.

Utilize specialized tools and software to carry out technical evaluations.

Identify, document, and report detects or non-conformities, and follow up with appropriate corrective actions in accordance with internal quality procedures.

Analyze quality control data to identify trends, root causes of recurring issues, and propose solutions to improve manufacturing or servicing processes.

Work closely with production, engineering, and service departments to resolve quality-related issues and ensure timely delivery of high-standard products.

Maintain accurate, organized records of all quality control activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Solid knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and keen attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-related software tools.
