Job Description

WE ARE IDENTISCENTS

Identiscents is a UAE-based, French-founded design-to-delivery partner for the beauty and perfumery industry, working across fragrance and primary packaging.

Founded in 1997, we design in the UAE, develop in Europe, and deliver globally. With nearly three decades of experience, we have supported over 1,000 global brands across the perfumery, beauty, personal care, and home care sectors.

Our integrated ecosystem spans sourcing, distribution, customization, and development, serving major brands across the GCC, with an expanding presence in Asia and Europe. Operating through adjacent engines covering supply chain, projects, production, and people systems, we translate ideas into products and deliver consistently at scale.

At Identiscents, leadership is driven by role and contribution, not title. We build long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers, guided by craft, precision, and clarity, with the ambition of building a modern Maison designed for scale and built to last.
