Role Overview:
To oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities within the Maintenance and Operation project, ensuring that all services, maintenance works, and operational activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) for the project.
- Ensure all maintenance and operational activities comply with quality standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of maintenance works and services.
- Review and approve method statements, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
- Prepare and submit quality reports and performance evaluations to project management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards related to maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of experience, including experience in maintenance and operation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and standards.
- Experience in quality management within large infrastructure or facilities maintenance projects.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Quality Management certifications are preferred.
