Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute an annual internal audit plan.
  • Perform audits to evaluate adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Analyze audit results to identify non-conformances and areas for improvement.
  • Record audit observations, evidence, and conclusions in a structured and concise format.
  • Monitor corrective actions taken by departments to resolve non-conformances.
  • Generate non-conformance reports that detail specific issues uncovered during audits.
  • Compile comprehensive audit reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Present audit outcomes to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify QMS improvement opportunities and suggest corrective measures.
  • Ensure adherence to established audit standards and procedures within the team.
  • Support quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Track corrective action progress in response to audit findings.
  • Verify the timely resolution of audit issues and confirm the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Offer guidance or training on audit outcomes and best practices to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining company certifications by ensuring quality systems comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience OR Diploma with 10+ experience.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) OR Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • Strong knowledge and hand-on experience with ISO 9001
