Quality Control Engineer

Location: ARESCO workshop

We are seeking a motivated and experienced #quality_control_engineer.

#Responsibilities

- Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.

- Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.

- Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Train and support team members in quality control processes and procedures.

- Keep up with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our processes are in line with applicable standards.

#Qualifications & Skills

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in a quality control role.

- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification.

- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.

- Proficiency with statistical analysis software.

- Strong understanding of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Prior experience in a similar position.

- familiarity with industry-specific compliance standards.

- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
