Position Overview
Quality Control Engineer is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test cases for functional and non-functional testing. Ensures software quality aligns with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and execute detailed manual test cases.
- Perform exploratory, regression, and business process testing.
- Track and follow up on defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts for requirement clarity.
- Recommend improvements in testing processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software QA or QC roles.
- Solid knowledge of test case design techniques and defect life cycle.
- Experience with tools like TFS, Jira, or similar.
