We are looking for a Software QC Engineer to be part of the testing process for our software products. The role focuses mainly on manual testing, with basic automation knowledge using Selenium (Java).You will work closely with developers to make sure features are delivered with good quality and minimal issues before release.
Responsibilities
Write and execute manual test cases based on requirements
Perform functional and regression testing
Report and follow up on bugs using Jira
Work closely with developers to confirm fixes
Participate in sprint activities and testing cycles
Use SQL queries to validate data when needed
Have basic knowledge of automation testing and support automation work using Selenium (Java)
Make sure delivered features meet quality expectations
Have basic knowledge of BDD ,
Requirements
35 years of experience in software testing / QC
Strong manual testing experience
Basic automation background (Selenium with Java)
Experience using Jira for bug tracking
Ability to write basic SQL queries
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile workflows
Attention to details and good problem-solving skills
