Job Description

We're Hiring | Quality Control Engineer – Civil

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer – Civil (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of civil works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor site activities and identify any quality issues or non-conformities.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams.
Ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
Assist in closing NCRs and implementing corrective actions.
Support testing, inspections, and project handover documentation.

Requirements

Arabic Speaker – Required.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control / QAQC within construction or contracting projects.
Good knowledge of civil construction works, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
