Malabar Bakery LLC is a UAE-based bakery and frozen food manufacturer serving retail, hospitality, catering, and food service businesses nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food safety, product quality, and hygiene across production and packaging.
• Conduct inspections, maintain records, and support internal audits.
• Coordinate corrective actions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train staff on food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

• Male candidate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory HACCP Level 4 and UAE Food Safety Level 4 or 5 certifications.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and food manufacturing practices.
• Relevant qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or Microbiology preferred.
• Bakery or frozen food manufacturing experience is an advantage.
