Job Title: - Quality Control Inspector, Product QC

Location: - Techno Park, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai DC

Duration: 6+months

Essential Responsibilities: -

• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Ability to identify and use monitoring and measuring equipment needed to verify requirements.
• Responsible for performing inspections such as visual and dimensional. Inspection of the parts requires mechanical inspection equipment experience.
• Verifies completeness of all operations and records.
• Completes and maintains inspection records, inspection logs, calibration.
• Initiates non-conformance reports on all products, parts, assemblies and subassemblies that are not to requirements.
• Drives quality culture to their plant.
• Collaborates with site quality and manufacturing engineering on RCA, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• May participate in quality audits, material review boards, kaizens or root cause analysis.
• May need to program or calibrate inspection equipment

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

• Years of experience: 5 Years of Mechanical QC Experience
• Field of experience: Mechanical Quality Control, Electrical QC / ESD experience a plus
• Technical Skills: interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures; and use monitoring and measuring equipment needed to verify requirements.
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): SAP, Outlook, Excel
• Education Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years related experience
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Oilfield Services & Equipment
