Job Purpose:
- Oversee all quality control plans and activities, ensuring that products comply with international standards and meet company objectives for excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
- Set the annual objectives for the Quality Control department and team to ensure clarity of vision and alignment toward measurable results.
- Review and approve testing plans in line with international standards to guarantee compliance and achieve the highest levels of product quality.
- Validate and apply new work models and update them when required, in coordination with relevant departments, to enhance efficiency and operational alignment.
- Continuously monitor international quality standards to ensure company practices remain updated and competitive.
- Manage external factory visits to build trust, ensure transparency, and maintain a state of readiness.
- Evaluate employee performance and achievements regularly to foster continuous improvement and promote a high-performance culture.
- Review engineering drawings for new products and ensure alignment with specifications, in collaboration with R&D, to support innovation and deliver high-quality products.
- Lead activities that support continuous improvement initiatives to sustain the efficiency of monitoring processes and strengthen a culture of development.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and 5S standards to maintain a safe work environment and promote a culture of discipline and organization.
Academic & professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management relevant degree
- +10 years of experience in quality control or related field, with a strong understanding of quality control standards and processes.
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
- Business knowledge and process design.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on optimizing workflow and resource utilization.
