Role Description
- Developed and implemented Quality & Food Safety Management Systems compliant with NFSA and ISO 22000.
- Qualified the company for NFSA White List status and entry to the Export Council.
- Trained supervisors and production teams on HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards. Oversaw customer audits and ensured zero non-conformities in external inspections
- Manage and implement Quality and Food Safety systems according to FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and NFSA standards.
- Lead internal audits, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Supervise GMP, GHP, and sanitation operations to maintain high-quality production environments.
- Train staff on food safety, HACCP principles, and GMP best practices. Coordinate external audits and ensure continuous system improvements
Qualificationsv
- Bachelor of Agricultural Science Faculty of Agriculture or a related field .
- Proficiency in quality testing, inspection methods, and defect analysis
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in the food production or nutrition industry
- Leadership & Team Building: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, motivate staff, and foster a culture of quality and safety excellence. Strategic Thinking: Skilled in setting quality objectives aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator across all organizational levels, including auditors, clients, and management.
