Quality Control Manager (Food Service)

Sitaf, Premium Food Importer and Distributor in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our Team.

This is a new strategic position that will be built from scratch, offering the opportunity to create, implement, and lead the entire Quality Management and Food Safety framework across the organization.

We are looking for a candidate coming from the Food Service, HoReCa, or FMCG industry, with strong operational and quality management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement the company Quality Management System (QMS) from the ground up

• Establish quality procedures, policies, and operational standards

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and SFDA regulations

• Manage quality controls across warehousing, logistics, suppliers, and distribution

• Lead audits, inspections, traceability, and corrective actions

• Drive a strong food safety and quality culture within the company

• Work closely with operations, procurement, warehouse, and commercial teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance

• Strong background in Food Service or Premium Food Distribution

• Excellent knowledge of international food safety standards

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build processes and structure in a fast-growing environment

• Fluent English communication skills
