Job Title:QC Manager

Job Overview:

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing all control activities within a high-volume glass container manufacturing plant. With extensive industry experience, this role ensures that all glass products meet rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across operations. The QC Manager collaborates with production, engineering, maintenance, and customer service teams to drive defect reduction, improve process stability, and maintain customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Lead plant-wide quality programs and ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards.

Oversee inspection systems, lab testing, and product audits for glass containers.

Drive defect reduction through root-cause analysis and corrective action.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance to improve process stability.

Manage customer quality issues, complaints, and on-site audits.

Supervise and develop quality inspectors, technicians, and lab staff.

Monitor quality KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
