Job Description
As the Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality on the Ras Bu Fontas project. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all quality management aspects, from ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards to adhering to WSP procedures and client requirements. Your focus will be on quality assurance, inspections, and documentation, contributing to the successful completion and handover of the project.

- Oversee and manage all quality management aspects on the Ras Bu Fontas project.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, WSP procedures, and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality control processes and results.
- Support the project team in implementing quality control measures and best practices.
- Identify and address any quality-related issues or non-conformances promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to quality management.
- Provide regular updates and reports on quality control activities to the project management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.
- Mentor and guide junior quality control staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and best practices.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
