Quality Control specialist

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor and verify process parameters across production area assigned (IQF, sorting, packaging and loading area).
• Ensures that process controls comply with approved work instructions, process sheets and quality standards
• Record, analyze and report non-conformities in their assigned areas.
• Review and verify key control points (CCP and OPRP)
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to adjust processes when quality trends deviate from targets.
• Support root cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain trend reports for key quality metrics
• Prepare daily reports for process performance and quality checks.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, Agriculture / Science / Production engineering
• 1-3 Years of experience in food industry
