Assist in standard assignments and tasks. Collect, compile, and analyze relevant data and solve daily issues and challenges related to tasks and development initiatives. Maintain safe working environment and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and quality tests for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and BRCGS/ISO/GMP systems.
- Record and analyze test data, prepare reports, maintain accurate QC records, test reports and support root cause analysis for quality incidents.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and QA teams to prevent and resolve quality issues.
- Support problem-solving and root cause analysis activities related to product non-conformities.
- Work closely with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams to sustain process stability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to Huhtamaki's goal of reducing waste and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 13years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in flexible packaging industries.
- Familiar with testing methods for films, laminates, inks, and adhesives.
- Understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001, BRCGS Packaging, GMP).
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
