Role Description The Quality Control Technical Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The individual in this role will engage with industrial and laboratory customers to understand their testing and quality control needs, recommend appropriate equipment solutions, and prepare technical and commercial proposals. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical guidance on quality standards and testing methods, and supporting customers during installation and operational use of equipment. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and international suppliers, following up on leads, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. Ongoing responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, supporting after-sales service, and contributing to market development and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with the ability to interpret test results and support customers in improving their quality processes.
  • Experience or knowledge in Quality Management and Quality Auditing, including familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and its application within industrial and laboratory environments.
  • Background in engineering, materials science, or a related technical field; bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and prepare structured technical offers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Comfort with field visits, on-site demonstrations, and hands-on work with testing equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic business software; English language skills are an advantage for liaising with international suppliers.
