Quality Controller About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Controller to ensure all serviced vehicles meet MG guidelines and IEM SOP standards. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction, service excellence, and workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow QA procedures and maintain high Fix it Right the First Time ratios.
Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers with technical guidance.
Record and maintain accurate data in job cards/repair orders.
Monitor and report safety issues, ensuring health & safety compliance.
Assist with equipment calibration and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Prepare daily QA performance records and support internal audits when required.
Qualifications 35 years experience as Quality Controller/Technician in automotive service.
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, inspections, and QA processes.
Technical diploma/certification in Automotive Engineering or related field.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
