Role Description The Quality Coordinator role at FIG is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Quality Coordinator will monitor and evaluate quality standards across stores and operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality checks on processes and documentation, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions. The role will involve preparing and maintaining quality reports, coordinating with store and operations teams, and assisting in internal quality audits. The Quality Coordinator will also collaborate with management to maintain consistent customer service and product presentation standards across all assigned brands.

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team and support our factory operations and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily factory visits and follow up on factory status.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet required quality standards.
Check and inspect factory deliveries.
Follow up on production and delivery status.
Identify and report quality issues and ensure proper follow-up.
Coordinate with factories to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Quality Control or Quality Coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and inspection skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to conduct regular factory visits.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
