Quality Development Manager - Total Quality Management

Responsibilities: -

• Automate data entry to ease accessibility and data accuracy.
• Develop all needed measurements tools required to cover quality checks across all segments.
• Reports architecture to unify all department's data input and output
• Facilitate building business cases & initiating BRDs for TQM automation activities
• Follow up on implementation of TQM developments projects.
• Interface with IT for any change requests related to TQM.

Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Experience: not less than 8 years, 3 years from supervisory level.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
• Excellent computer skills.
