Career Overseas Consultants Limited is looking for Quality Engineer
Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
- Analyze quality data to identify non-conformances and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Manage customer quality complaints and ensure timely investigation and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant Saudi standards (SASO, where applicable).
- Support new product introductions (NPI) through quality planning, risk assessments, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineer
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
- Professional certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt are a plus.
- Prior work experience in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
- Skills Required: Communication in English

Additional Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience abroad.
- Applicants without prior overseas (foreign country) work experience are not eligible to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience for foreign nationals in quality engineering or quality assurance roles.
- Proven experience working with quality management systems, preferably in ISO 9001–certified organizations.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to comply with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
