Conduct inspections and authorize the release of materials within the factorys scope, ensuring standardized material receipt in alignment with IMI procedures.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain monthly tracking of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Ensure process effectiveness related to material changes, run-ability, and shelf life management.
Review calibration process parameters and follow up on the factorys calibration plan.
Support process compliance and continuous improvement through the implementation of factory procedures and adherence to ISO 9001 Management System requirements.
Ensure consistent cleanliness, maintenance, and calibration/verification of Quality Measuring Equipment, along with proper documentation control for all QA records.
