Quality Engineer (Mega Civil Project - Roads)

ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh.

This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Main descriptions of the job position:

• Monitor and inspect construction processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the construction process.
• Train and supervise staff on quality assurance practices.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans and protocols.
• Investigate Client complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory of materials and supplies to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality of finished works.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or related field.
• Qualified with relevant Quality Qualifications: CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), CQA (Certified Quality Auditor), MQM (Master Quality Manager).
• Applicable Experience: over 12 years, mainly as a Consultant. Candidates with exclusive contractors experience will not be taken into consideration.
• At least experience in 1 or more projects of ROADS. Candidates without clear ROAD experience will not be taken into consideration.
• Proficiency level of English language. Arabic Language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor.
• Willingness to work in a multinational environment firm.

Additional requirements:

• Transferable Iqama in case non-Saudi.
• Based in Riyadh.
• Valid SCE membership.
