Quality Section Head Preferably someone with experience in the paper industry.
Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and evaluate the performance of the quality control team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lab operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and FSC standards.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of QMS, QCPs, PQS (Customer Relevant Quality Standards), and corrective/preventive action systems (CAPA).
- Oversee the preparation and execution of the Quality Department's OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including calibration, maintenance, and consumables.
- Monitor raw material consumption and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising product quality.
- Supervise product trials and evaluate performance outcomes.
- Monitor and control chemical expiration dates and make decisions on expired materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- FMCG Background is a Must
- 5+ years experience in Quality mainly paper industry background
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Team Player
