Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Specialist to join the Technology Strategy & Governance function within the Corporate Technology Support Services Sector. The role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of IT systems and digital solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will define and execute test plans, assess risks, identify and resolve defects, and monitor system performance post-implementation. You will work closely with development teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, quality, and information security standards. The role also supports the governance and continuous improvement of IT quality policies and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of ISO quality standards, ITIL, COBIT, or CISA.
  • Arabic speaker preferred
