Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance - Textile professional with strong experience in textiles only (not garments) to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of fabric and textile materials, maintaining high industry standards, and collaborating with production teams to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate textile materials to ensure they meet company and client quality standards.
- Monitor the entire fabric production process, identifying defects and ensuring consistency in quality.
- Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with textile quality regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct fabric analysis to assess performance, durability, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures to improve efficiency and minimize defects.
- Provide technical guidance and train staff on textile quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in textile quality assurance (excluding garment manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of fabric quality parameters, testing methods, and inspection techniques.
- Experience in quality control and assurance within textile mills or fabric production.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
