Role Overview
We seek an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Development Specialist to develop and implement a QMS for our Facilities Management (FM) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within the FM industry.
Key Responsibilities
- QMS Development: Design and document a QMS aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 41001).
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of the QMS.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs on QMS processes.
- Auditing: Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement QMS improvement initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in quality management, particularly in FM. Proven QMS development and implementation experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of quality management principles, strong project management, excellent documentation and training skills, proficiency in quality management
tools, strong analytical and communication skills.
