We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer with strong English communication skills and expertise in data analysis within the garment manufacturing industry. The QMS Engineer will be responsible for conducting audits, following up on processes, identifying and solving problems, and working closely with the production department to implement action plans. The goal is to enhance quality, reduce waste, and ensure continuous improvement across all stages of production.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate and improve product quality.
- Familiarity with Lean tools, PDCA, CAPA, and KPI monitoring.
- Skilled in preparing and leading internal audits (e.g., QMS, MCP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for reporting and data analysis.
Communication & Training:
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver training across departments.
- Capable of direct customer communication, including weekly reporting and handling inquiries professionally.
- Able to share customer manual updates and ensure understanding across teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably in the textile or garment industry.
- Experience preparing for and managing customer and third-party audits.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
